After our fight,
I see the light.
I no longer want to fight.
I want to get along,
Maybe we should sing a song.
Hug or ping pong.
With us all I hear is a gong.
Together we do not belong.
With us there is no middle,
All I hear is the devil playing the fiddle.
I break from the sounds because I am weak and brittle.
This feels like hell, I feel heat from this griddle.
Life is just a joke,
Unfortunately I don’t understand the riddle.
But I keep trying to no prevail,
This is my living hell.
Lost on this stupid trail,
Love is old and stale.
She doesn’t even like this male.
Maybe if it was 2pac,
Or a Boston Red Sox short stop.
But according to her, I am just a flop.
Not much good for nothing,
I am just not what she is wanting.
She might as well stop faking, stop fronting
Cause I want more then this,
I want something.
All I know is this does not feel right,
I finally see the light.
We never made it to our height,
We are like day and night.
Everything we do is out of spite,
Tempers with us only take flight.
I never get what I like.
I noticed this, after our fight.
We just don’t understand each other.
All we seem to do is smother.
Maybe we could do better,
Maybe we might.
I just don’t see that in sight,
I noticed all this, after our fight.

It usually happens once the Words I'm sorry have been spoken, and ,the sad downcast
After our fight my heart was full of spite
My dreams no longer full of delight
I did not know who was wrong or right
