Eternal Unhappiness
What is this anger buried deep inside?
It reigns so mighty and digs so deep.
The dagger in my heart causes such damage and scar tissue, leaving me feeling numb to the world outside.
Can I relinquish this sword that burrows deep in my soul?
I hold on to it so tightly, unable to release its grasp.
My happiness, so tough to find, too unwilling to unfold, fights to be acknowledged.
I push it deep, cut it off as it purges, and remain in an eternal misery.
