Acne is a symptom for many vitamin deficiencies such as Vitamin B. One of the home remedies for acne that you should look at is ensuring that you have enough vitamins in your diet.
If you have experienced other symptoms such as bad breath, depression, exhaustion or constipation along with your acne then you could be lacking in Vitamin B. This is an essential vitamin that helps the body and to be more specific, hair and skin, intestines and also the nervous system. There are certain things that can lead to a lack of Vitamin B and these can include drinking excessive amounts of alcohol, stress and caffeine.
If you think that a lack of Vitamin B may be the reason behind your acne then there are certain things that you can do to ensure you are getting the right amount of this vitamin. There are so many foods that contain this vitamin naturally and these include tuna, liver and turkey as well as bananas and potatoes and lentils. You should try to incorporate these foods in your diet as much as possible when looking to them for home remedies for acne.
This is just one of the vitamins that you can use in home remedies for acne. Vitamin A is another one that can cause acne and you will find that it is very often a lack of these that will have the biggest problems. Although adding more Vitamin A to your diet has been proved to have a positive effect on acne, too much can cause problems within the skin layers and can leave you looking red. If you do wish to add more Vitamin A to your diet then you should aim to eat foods such as spinach, carrots, pumpkin and animal organ meats.
There are many vitamins that can cause acne when there is not enough of them within the body and sometimes all it can take to improve the levels is to take a daily multivitamin that contain all of the vital minerals and vitamins to keep the body and skin healthy.
