Folks it is very simple, and it does not take a rocket scientist! But it does take practice. Tools needed are a flat spatula a skillet and some patience. Place skillet on stove top and turn on heat to medium temperature. Add three tablespoons of any kind margarine(your preference) as any kind will work. Just before this starts to sizzle crack one egg at a time and gently let it fall out of the shell. When you see the tops of the egg whites turning white it is time to flip them. carefully take you spatula and place half way under one egg at a time and gently flick your wrist slightly and the egg will roll over without breaking the yolk. That is what I meant by practice, but it gets easier.
I know slots of people like their eggs fried in bacon fat so here is a tip for that. Place your bacon on a plate, cover with a paper towel and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes. Be careful it will be very hot. Drain the bacon fat from plate into the skillet and fry your eggs just like above only use lower heat.
Another method is after frying your bacon in the skillet strain the grease in a measuring cup and pour back in o the skillet. Cook as I described above.
I have found over the years that many people like their eggs hard fried, some like, them over easy(my preferred method above.) and some people like them cooked well.
Hard fried is where after the second turning you would take your spatula and puncture the yolk. After a few seconds turn the egg and press gently with the flat part of the spatula and it is done. That folks is the easiest method to frying eggs, as far as tips and tricks just take your time and be gentle eggs are fragile in an out of the skillet.
Over well (well done) cook until the edges look crispy and brown on top and bottom. There are many ways that these ways are called depending on what part of the Nation you are in.
One thing to look out for is if the yolk breaks! Ahhh, go get another egg, not! Just take the spatula and cut off a little piece of white from the egg and slide it over to where the egg is broken and hold for a seconds and that will mend the egg.
