First off you need to not worry so much. Worrying will cause stress, and stress leads to nervousness. If you get all stressed out and nervous your mind will tend to not work quite as well. Depending on how u are you may need to study. Though studying for some people causes more stress and worrying, for those people i say don't study unless you re absolutely positive you have to. If you are one of those people who studying helps relax during tests then by all means study. Me personally i have never studied, during tests i am always relaxed and i always make the highest grades.
Do not rush through the test but relax and go at an pace suitable for you, it is not a race to the finish. The people who make the worst grades are the first and the last ones finished. Why you may wonder? The first people always rush through the test and there answers are wrong. The last people just plain do not know what they are doing, and are trying to figure it out as they go along.
