SPRING IN ALMOST HERE!  TIME TO GO VISION BOARDING!

Spring is almost here!  Do you feel it?  Do you smell it?  Do you feel the changes within you?  Beyond the concrete senses of smell and sight of the oncoming spring, this time of year naturally has another effect on us all, as human beings.

March 20, 2010 is the Vernal or Spring Equinox. Of us, it’s a time of re-awakening of the heart as the earth re-awakens.  March is a month of change and action.  It’s a time to decide what we want to create during the rest of the year.  But first and foremost, it’s a time to focus on loving yourself, to be kind to yourself and to pay attention to your world around you, including the interaction with all people that cross your path – all people have something for you.  Through this love for yourself, realize that you have the power to create your world filled with what you want to be, what you want to do, and what you want to have.

We all, as human beings, require some level of human contact.  Positive interaction can create an essential exchange of energy that can influence amazing discoveries, solve complex problems, lift the most miserable of moods and even help reduce pain and discomfort.

And finally, trying something new.  This idea can excite some, and it can cause considerable anxiety in some.  I would suggest baby steps for those who don’t like change.  For those who are open to change, even a little, trying something new can exhilarate like nothing else.  It’s prime food for the soul.  The experience of learning something new can meet many of your needs and thus, result in
