If you love chocolate, but hate the calories that it contains, here are a few ways to kill your chocolate sweet-tooth, without compromising your dietary goals:
1) Granola bars w/ chocolate (or chocolate chips) are a good way of obtaining healthy fiber, but satisfying that "dessert" sweet tooth.
2) Sugar-free hot instant hot chocolate. If it's chilly out, hot chocolate is an excellent way to get your fix, and it's low in calories too!
3) Give in! Chocolate is indeed tempting. But that doesn't mean you have to forego it altogether. If you have good will power, have just (1) chocolate kiss. Sometimes just a taste is all you need to satisfy a craving for something. The calories in (1) Hershey's kiss are FAR fewer than an entire candy bar, or some other chocolate treat.
