Book reviews: Jesus the Man, by Barbara Thiering

and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
5 And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve:
6 After that, he was seen of ABOVE FIVE HUNDRED BRETHREN AT ONCE; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.DEAD.

Paul is still alive and preaching Jesus all over the world at that time, probably a whopping 50 yrs old.

So you see all the Gospel accounts were written while many many witnesses are still alive. The way you deduce that these things are true is that the followers, religious people, politicians and military people of that time are mostly still alive and we know the dates of their deaths because of who was in power in Rome and when Churches were started and when the Temple was destroyed 70Ad. All these Historical truths bare witness for us along with extra biblical Evidence. That is how we know about the approximate times that they were written.
Just the statement from Barbaras Book that all the followers were dead is a complete fallicy and not very well thought of evidenciary proof. We have traced the Christan Faith From the time of Christ to this Day, Never has there not been a Christan Since the life and Times of Jesus.

The statement of perhapps John being the only that was written in those times would bare witness to the fact, that if it was around, Her assumption that it possibly was first is fireing an Arrow in Her own foot. John was atleast the last Gospel Written, all others preceded it.

We seriously Doubt that Mrs Barbara Thiering spent anytime with the dead sea scrolls, especially the claim of twenty yrs. If She did it was an ignorant loss to Her and Her study, The Dead sea scrolls bare witness to the facts of History and the New testament in most cases.

As shown here there is no other view even presented here, unless you you would believe in Fables an Myths. This is just about deception of the Christan Church and another ones inability to record what , How, Who and when History spoke truth.
As for reconciling what was supposedly are opposite accounts it fails miserably. No one who has ever studied for any lenght of time would say that there were opposite accounts. Nor are any Conclusions Startling or thought to have been brought to enlightenment.

As for the attempt to turn Christ into a fable, it has failed completly.
And the statement that who ever wrote down these things in the Bible were not in the inner circle are outragious conspiracy therists dreams. Not Fact Not Truth, only a feeble attempt to twist the only History and evidentiarry book of all time.

We are supposed to Believe the un Believeable, She claims that once you have an understanding of the times and Hidden languages within the Gospels you will see this new light, when in reality this kind of twisted writting casts nothing but doubt and darkness in a writers ability or should we say Theologians ability to descern the Bible and History properly, This is exactly why we have cults and un orthodoxed Christian or supposedly Christian Theologians. Thers no guessing when a parable is a parable an an Analogy is an analogy. A Fatted Calf is a Fatted Calf and five thousand is just that, not what might appear to some as something different. If we allow ourselves to think that a Scripture text can mean something else or to mean other things then we have fallen into the same catagorie as other unbiblical therorists as Jim Jones and the other Cultists that take things out of context to develope their own pretext, which leads to deception of the worst of Human Kind. Owe Buy the way Christ Jesus was never Married, no not even at Cana.
He was called there By Mary His Mother to Be present not to be married.
