Stolen Legacy!

(This essay is in response to the portrayal of King Tut (Tutankhamen) as a white Caucasian. Not only did the National Geographic Magazine put this white face on the cover of it's magazine, but also proclaimed to the world that it was a true representation of what King Tut would have looked like.

Furthermore, this same picture was displayed in Time, Newsweek, and almost every major news paper across the country. At the time King Tut and other Egyptian artifacts were on tour in the United States, so it was at the time a good publicity stunt.

However, these things are happening all the time and those of us who are unlearned don't even know that a crime has taken place, a stolen legacy.)

A reality is a hard thing to steal, but it has happened and it continues even to this day. Most common thieves steal more tangible items like money, cars, jewelry, and the such. But the uncommon thief steals things that are of more value like concepts, ideas, history, prestige, self awareness and inventions.

Many of us are unaware of how things like history, self awareness, and even a legacy could be stolen but it does happen and is even still happening today right in front of our eyes.

Well, all we have to do is ask white America how it's accomplished. Ask them how did King Tut transform into a white Caucasian? Or better yet ask them how Jesus, Moses, Abraham, and all the prophets of old are still portrayed as white people? Ask the European Jews how they became orthodox Jews?

When you do ask, don't ask them about yesterday, no; ask them about now, today. Ask them why are they yet still teaching their children lies? Nevertheless, because of the denial mentality which is taught and learned, I very strongly doubt you will get the truth. Yet the sad part is this, they along with the majority of us are unaware of what the truth really is.

Let me explain and break this thing down why the message of color is important. First and foremost, it’s important because they (the white supremacy culture of the west), made it this way. Nobody told them to continue on in the wrong path after the truth is known and discovered.

For instance we know for a FACT that King Tut was a black man, but why and how did we allow the National Geographic Magazine to place this new white face of King Tut on the cover of its magazine?

Why do I as a black man got to say something? America has many scholars both black and white plus many white scholars who know the truth and yet keep silent,
