The two party system is the best system we can have. The two party system is representative of two ways of thinking in every society. We can group our way of thinking either logical thinking and feeling thinking. The building blocks of society are families. If we find out how families evolve and make decisions we can have a pretty good idea of how society and politics also evolve and make decisions. 

A traditional family is composed of males and females. Because our culture is still under the influence of Western civilization or the judeo christian tradition way of thinking wa can say that males have a greater leading in the direction the family unit move. Because males are more directed by their mind than by the way they feel about things we can assume that politics do the same. However, there are also families run by females only in which feelings are stronger in making decisions and as such there is also this way of making decisions in politics.

 These two forces or way of thinking is the reason why we constantly fight. It doesn’t mean that only females think with their feelings. Many males do, not only because they might have been raised by a mother only, but also because it might be convenient for them to think this way. There are also many females that think logically and feelings is a minor force in the way they analyze and think.

 If we have these two way of thinking forces that influence families we can also reason that politics suffer from the same dualism. A two party system is representative of these two ways of thinking as I mentioned above. Adding more parties will not add any other way of thinking but will just overlap these two ways of thinking into different combinations of these two opposite ways of thinking. Adding more parties will not solve anything but add more confusion and trouble.

 Over the years we have been moving from the more logical way of thinking as divorce and wars have destroyed the family unit. Now a woman might vote differently from her husband as Main Stream Media and Hollywood has become a competition against the male in the household by influencing the mind of the females through feelings or through rethorical thinking. While the male in the household were the directive force in the past now it has become more difficult. Although the feeling way of thinking is necessary in a minor dose we need more of the male logical way of thinking to redirect families which in turn will redirect politics in a more sensible way.

 Common sense and balance in the family units most be restored in order for politics to function and serve the families instead of the families to serve politics. The balance I am reffering is not a 50/50 balance but the one in which the right hand is stronger than the left hand but both work for the same purpose. A 50/50 balance is a static force. A static force is not moving in any direction. What I am saying here is that the male most lead like in a dance. The logical thinking most lead and the feeling most help to keep the sensibility alive.
