We experience happiness when we can to see the good in the many situations we encounter, and we have a positive feeling that comes from inside. The mood we are in and the attitude we display will positively, or negatively affect the feelings that we have and how we handel our lives. If there is too much guilt and resentment that we keep in our hearts from past experiences it is almost impossible to be happy with our current condition. Nothing will ever be good enough, and despair will control our thoughts.
Handling every situation with a feeling of assurance and no self doubt will in turn foster a positive outlook that will empower us to do what we need to do and be happy about it. Adopting this ideology will help bring about a feeling of joy in our lives. Happiness makes us content and helps us to function the best way possible. Everyone that we encounter will benefit from the positivity we display , and this will in turn cause others to also obtain happiness in their lives.
It is easy to reflect back on things in the past and look at situations we once were part of and say things were not that bad then, even though we thought our world was coming to an end at that particular time. We got through those tough times and hopefully grew more and became stronger individuals for "weathering the storm" sort of speak. It is hard to be happy when we feel our world has crumbled, but the attitude we display and the positive approach we project will help us see that happiness is there and within our reach. Knowing that the hard times may be short lived and good times may be ahead will make us happy and put us in a more positive frame of mind.
We should never look back with dismay for past experiences we may not be happy about. This thinking will cause us to sink into an abyss of negativity, and sadness. It will then be much harder to get back to a happy feeling of joy. Happiness can not enter through the strong feelings of sadness unless we change our mind set for the
