I would have to say the best rock song ever to be made is Farther And Son by Cat Stevens. If you never heard of this song before i recommed that you download it. It has so much feeling about a farther talkin to his son tryin to tell him what is best and then the son sayin that he knows whats best. But the best thing about the song id you will always be able to relate to it. Beczue while you are a son you do disagree with your farther. And when you have a son you will know from experiance that you will know what is better than your son because you already lived threw it all. And alls you want is to see him live a happy life.

But also i would have to say Homesweet Home by Motley Crue. That is what started poer ballads in the 80's which lead to so many great songs. And they did what they liked and at the time they lost a lot of fans and they knew they were going to. I wish i was alive back then to see what i would of done. Hopefully i would have stayed a fan. But i dont know if i would of becuase im not good with change, and that was a big change. I mean the lyrics in that song to me are so powerful and the music is so beautiful. The opening lines" You know im a dreamer, and my hearts of gold" that is just sayin everything right there and also"my hearts like an open book for the whole world to see". Think about what he must have been going threw during the time of writing that.
