If love spells really worked, people would never end up broken hearted. Eventough you might not really believe much in it, as teenagers some performe some kind of "innocent" ritual for finding or prince charming. This is a game that can have serious consequences.
Put innocent between brackets, because no magic is innocent. Actually, you may suffer the result of your efforts many years later and a simple example will explain why.
This spell is quite simple: you focus on what you love in a partner, write this down on a piece of paper. Put some perfume on it, or rose petals and put it in an envelope. Use pink paper and a red pen.
You can find all sorts of rituals like that on the Internet today, but mostly it is copied from a real book of shadows, some witch likes to share.
When you perform such ritual, you may even forgot you ever performed it and leave it ligner in a cupboard for years. Fact is that you might have given yourself some unreal expectations.
This ritual is actually something relationship coaches tend to advise as well: make a wish list for a dream partner and keep that in mind. We all have an archetype of a lover in our mind somewhere, but I never believed this person would exist for real.
In time you may settle down with somebody completely not compatible with the list, but that appears a nice compromise. Be not that picky and just happy with somebody that loves you.
It might not make you happy after a while. Remember: the spell still works and you might have trapped yourself in an abusive dependable relationship as well, since your partner will realize he or she is second best and might become insecure.
But when you encounter a person that completely matches you spell, this might become a nightmare too. You may love that person a lot indeed, but this feeling might not be mutual.
Keep in mind that this person might have other expectations, or can already be in a relationship. This no magic can prevent and you can end up heart broken.
Actually, having too high expectations on a partner and loving somebody that is unavailble is the reason why many people get frustrated and why they go for the next step: bounding magic.
These are rituals to make a person love you as well. So far there are some spells to be found and you can also buy them on line, but no real proof is found that you can make a person love you through magic.
The best spell to deal with rejection might be: vending your grief, cry and use the spell to get over this person. Somebody that does not reply you love, might not be worth the time, efforts and money your can put in a spell.
And even if the spell works: there is still something like free will. If a person really changes his or her mind on you, this might not be magic at all.
