The Ocean In Her Eyes
when I stand
where Earth meets Sky,
waves reaching the shore
to tickle my toes
I am bespelled
and I know there is more
in this World than what greets the eye.
but I am even more mesmerized
by my child's face
and the reflection of the ocean in her eyes.
