Rebounding is easy and effective:
Rebounding consists of jumping up and down on a mini trampoline. Not only is it fun, but it is completely therapeutic and invigorating for the outside and the inside of your body. Did you know that you can rebound for 6 minutes and it is equivalent to jogging for a mile, and it is much easier on your joints than stomping around on the pavement even if you did wear good running shoes!
Rebounding:
Rebounding has a magical way of toning the entire body from the inside out, but what it is also well known for by health instructors, and health professionals is the ability to release blockage from lymph nodes that hold on to toxins that form in the body. It’s amazing, you jump up and down and you jump for health!
Rebounding gets things moving:
Rebounding gets things moving, not just part of your body but all of it into the internal aspect of reaching your cells, your tissue, it improves digestion, weight loss, you appetite will curb, fatigue is eliminated, skin gets tighter, you just feel better.
Unlocks the lymph nodes:
When you rebound, because you are working your entire body, everything is shaking, everything is moving, up, and down, up, and down, this movement unlocks your lymph nodes speeds up your metabolism, and helps your cells become rejuvenated.
Release of the lymph nodes:
Imagine a balloon blown up with a quarter full of water. Shake that balloon and what do you get? You get the water moving rapidly inside the balloon with force, and because of this force it opens the gate for your lymph nodes to release and do their job, than the heat inside your body, and the movement and elasticity of your cells, that is caused by rebounding helps to move the toxins out of your body by skin or elimination, through digestion, and your liver.
It is important to encourage your body to do it's job, and we must do our part to be productive in the progress of our health, whether it be for preventive medicine or to help diminish or alleviate an illness at large.
Dr. James White from the University of California, San Diego and the author of Jump for Joy says that rebounding is “the closest thing to the Fountain of Youth that science has discovered.” So on that note jump for joy, and great health!
