God
I will always take time to worship and adore you.
Even though, you, on this earth I will never see.
I will always give you honor and praise, too.
As, your word, I continue to read and study.
You are so wonderful, sweet, and kind.
Never mind the issue about a job or pay freeze.
For you are Jehovah Jireh, The Lord that provides.
Depending on you to work it out is such a breeze.
When I get hurt or sick, I don’t worry ‘bout medical bills.
I know I can always look to you for help.
You are also Jehovah Rapha, The Lord that heals.
No matter what happens or what issues in life I’m dealt.
When the enemy comes to me and attacks.
I know I can count on your banner.
For you are Jehovah Nissi, The Lord that protects.
No matter what the situation is or its manner.
When I start to lose it over bills or a lease.
I remember what your word, about that, says.
For you are Jehovah Shalom, The Lord who gives peace.
And I don’t have to worry for a way, you will provide, always.
When I feel all alone as if you have left and don’t care.
I remember that you will never leave or forsake me.
For you are Jehovah Shammah, The Lord who’s always there.
So I know that no matter what, with me, you will always be.
You have so many other names and they are all great.
But one greater than all is far more precious.
It is the name of Jesus Christ for goodness sake.
Thank you, Lord for the wonderful gift you gave us.

Why are you not listening?
Why do you not care?
Are you looking down on me?
Are you even there?
I wish that you would answer
That
God is there, I know not where
But I am sure He lives
He's with me in my darkest hours
He loves and He forgives

This road of life we travel on
May go from town to town,
Some roads will lead us up steep hills,
