Bukisa is one of the many budding websites in a world of freelance writing.  Although it may look like much of the same thing as other online content websites, it is quite unique in some ways.  For starters, it is one of the highest paying websites at this time.  They are currently paying $3.22 for each 1000 unique visitors to a writer's content.  This stands apart from others, such as Associated Content pays up to $2 per 1000 unique visitors.  Bukisa also offers a very user-friendly website with many tools to track your content, earnings, friends, and network.  It is great to know that there is a website out there like Bukisa, where an aspiring writer can do what they love and also earn a little extra each month.  But the the question is: How?  How can a writer on Bukisa earn more money each month?  What steps must be taken to ensure a consistent flow of income (no matter how small or great it may be)?  There are a few things that a writer can do to ensure success in writing for Bukisa.

First of all, write often.  A writer will never earn a great deal of money from writing a handful of articles.  It is essential that a writer devote time each day to write.  Even when you don't know what to write about, write.  This will help you hone your writing skills, thus becoming a better writer.  It will also help your writing portfolio grow.  This is what you want.  You want your skills to improve and your portfolio to expand.  The idea is quite simple: the more you write, the greater the potential for more earnings.

Secondly, use the tools offered by Bukisa.  The website does have a community tool where you have the opportunity to interact with other writers.  Do NOT neglect this vital tool.  The community on Bukisa is a great source of information to help critique and improve writing skills.  Learn from other writers.  Ask for advice and feedback from those writers who are more experienced.  Read their work and learn that various genres and writing styles that are out there.  The more information you gain and apply to your own writing, the greater your potential.

Third, recruit other writers.  Do you have friends or family who share your passion for writing?  If so, tell them about Bukisa.  Post your link on Facebook, Myspace, or your personal blog.  You will receive a percentage of the earnings of each writer you recruit
