How creative are you?
Acquire a coffee table that has a glass top in a wood frame. Remove the glass top and make a collage of all that tiny tot artwork on the under-side of the glass. Replace the glass in the table frame and enjoy the display which is safe from spills and tears. If all the pieces of art are connected, on the backs, with MASKING tape (any other tape destroys the work when it is removed) then the tape doesn't show, the wooden frame of the table holds the art up against the glass and all is well.
The same theory can be applied to simple picture frames and 'float' frames. Instead of hanging Monet prints, display your own little masterpieces as if they were priceless, which they are. Buy quality, stylish frames and treat your child's artwork as if it belongs in a gallery. Let your hallway be the gallery. This concept works even better if you have identical or similar frames.
Take black and white or sepia photos of your children in simple, natural poses, smiles or no smiles, and make a collage of two pieces of art and one photo.
Take digital photos of the art, put them into a simple slide show program on your computer and then burn them on a DVD set to music. Show the art slide shows to friends (without boring them to death) or give them as gifts to gushy grandparents.
These are just a few ideas and there are dozens more that may or may not work for you but, no matter what, never, EVER, discourage that artistic nature in your child. Encourage it with all you have. And the best way to encourage it is to be proud of it in front of your child. Make him think HIS art is the best ever created. Have fun!
