You stand there looking in disbelief , you not spitting on me is such relief.

Did i have the home with the three car garage , where all the happiness was a mirage?
Was i someones loving brother , someones loving husband or even a missed father?

A teacher , a preacher , a congressman with a new direction to go, lying now face down in the snow.
