You wonder who could love you, who could forgive you in the end.
You wonder who can accept the truth with the lies, and do anything but pretend.
Who wants to hold your hand, when all hope seems lost?
Who would catch you if you fall, no matter what the cost?
Then you turn to me and smile, for the answer you already knew.

Who picks you up, dusts you off and plants you on your feet?
Who is your confident, your solid rock, shows you love that is concrete?
Who fights beside you in every battle, as your equal and as your friend?
Who lifts you up when you are down, and would do it again and again?
Who loves you until the end of time, and paints your world a brighter hue?
I do, I do.
