Companies pay millions of dollars for television spots each year during the Super Bowl.  Either trying to launch a new company or just branding your company millions of viewers tune into the Super Bowl alone for the commercials.  Now to say each commercial is worth every penny is maybe a stretch, however the after affect of the advertisement can last for weeks, months or possibly years for a time.   Knowing that these commercials mean so much why not list the five best and five worse of Super Bowl XLIV.   Let's start with the best of the worse and work our way to the number one commercial.

5 Worst Commercials

#5  The worst commercial was possibly one that was hyped the most prior to the game and this was the re vised Super Bowl Shuffle with the old 1985 Chicago Bears.  This is exactly why we do not touch the classics as the real problem with this commercial was not the idea but the conception of how we really did not see the whole commercial as the rest was only available if you paid for the download on Boost Mobile's site. Whenever you are asked to stop and go do something during the Super Bowl that may be too tough a task to handle for most adolescent males during the the biggest game of the year.

#4 The second to worst commercial was another remake of a classic commercial.  The McDonald's Horse sequel with LeBron James and Dwight Howard.  For one it seemed almost insulting as to say these two players can only dunk when these two players are complete basketball players that can do more than just dunk the basketball.  If the NBA wants to get rid of it's bad stereotypes then stop hyping that black African American players can only dunk and white players aka Larry Bird can only shoot three pointers.  It just sends a bad overall message about the NBA.

#3 The third to worst commercial was new Go Daddy.com commercial.  Yes Danica Patrick is hot, we all no that, but to keep throwing here into these sexy roles is kind of a bad marketing move maybe not so much for Go Daddy.com but at least for Danica Patrick herself especially since she has now decided to start driving NASCAR.  You don't think some NASCAR fans and even competitive drivers will use this as fuel to say that she does not belong the race track with the best stock car drivers in the world.  Just think about it for a minute it will make sense.

#2 As we go up this list the worse get a little better but still are bad if you just take
