What is God's will? "Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God." (1 Corinthians 10: 31) Whatever you do it should be for His glory. Let us pray the Lord's prayer together. "Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen." Do you want God's will to be done on earth as it is in heaven? His will is that you would have daily bread, that you would have all you need for each day. The prayer asks God to forgive your debts or your sins, but then what is your responsibility?

God's will and your responsibility is to forgive! Is this easy? The answer is no, of course not, but it is still a command. Listen to what Jesus says directly following the Lord's prayer. "For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." (Matthew 6:14-15) If you forgive men their sins, then that indicates that God has forgiven you, but if you do not forgive men's sin then that indicates that God has not forgiven you. If forgiveness is a command and an indication that we have been forgiven, how do we forgive? Forgiveness is a process. You may have to forgive hundreds of times because in our selfishness it is hard to let go of. What is forgiveness? Is it forgiving and forgetting?

No, Forgiveness does not mean forgetting the wrong, but letting go of the hurt that gets us angry or hurt all over again. If god commands you to forgive then will He not give you the ability and even the power to do it? The answer even if you do not want to hear it is yes. He who saves and command will empower because forgiveness is part of His will. It is God's will to bring healing. This leper came to Jesus and going through a crowd yelling unclean with the prospect of being stoned because He had hopes that Jesus could heal Him. Jesus was willing to heal and the man was healed instantly.

Does this mean that Jesus will heal every physical ailment? No. Healing may not come in this life but in the next where sickness will not have dominion in the heavenly places. The will of God is that you may have rest. "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will
