Last year was a perfect example of negative energy being passed around. We focused so much on what was not happening in our lives that we managed to bring more doom and gloom to it. Hence, the” Law of Attraction!” We talked on the phone and commiserated with friends regarding our bad experiences. The television told us that we were headed for a depression and of course we believed it, there was proof. You could not go for a day without hearing that someone had lost their job, their home or money in the stock market. We did, we lost a lot. I also found myself commiserating with friends and colleagues as to my misery. It just flowed out of my mouth. If only I would have practiced what I had learned years before.
Through all of this I kept thinking of all the teachings of the “Law of Attraction” which I had studied for so long. In spite of the fact that I spent years studying and practicing it, somehow it eluded me last year.
The teachings of the law of attraction are simple if you focus on what you want, visualize and meditate on it, it usually comes to you. Maybe not specifically the way you had planned, but pretty close or better. If you keep stressing and verbalizing your fear of something that has not happened yet, it will come to you. So it is simple focus on the good. It does not take long to meditate in the morning or at night. At night you can light a candle and meditate while looking at the flame. It helps you to focus.
In November, I decided to start my meditations again. Of course you have to know what you want, so I took time and wrote my wishes out. Every day since then every thought and word that comes out of my mouth is positive. It really does work! It is quantum physics, it is scientific and there have been many government studies done on it. You also have to maintain a faith space that is… really believe that what you want is going to happen even though you do not see any results or proof in front of you. Your mind has the ability to heal and also make you sick. Have you ever run into people who are devout martyrs? No matter what you say to cheer these martyrs up, it seems that they always have something very negative to say. They usually end up getting an Illness.
In the Bible there are phrases that say; “Seek and ye shall find, knock on any door and it shall be answered”! We all have that God given ability to create good. If you study millionaire lives, they all have very strong desires and have already visualized how successful they will be at the end of the day.
I have turned my life around recently, but only when I started working on attracting the positive. It does take some work and results will show up but only if you believe.
