We are once again back to that oh so familiar place,
Where so many times our breaths stopped and our hearts raced.
It's been awile since I have been able to call you mine,
But we're here again for one last time.
I reach for your hand that so many times before,
took my dreams and my heart to soar.
It's lost it's passion and now feels plain.
I have you again so I shouldn't complain.
We continue on to some unheard beat.
Hoping that our hearts will again meet.
We talk and laugh about good times passed.
We would have never known that they wouldn't last.
Your voice that used to make my heart and soul wander.
Now sounds meak and oh so somber.
Your eyes that look up to meet my gaze.
Lost their shine and seem to fade.
I ask myself why we are here,
Facing our hearts with consuming fear.
That the love we held so close,
Is like an ember and weakly glows.
I kiss your lips knowing whats to come,
The fireworks are gone and our love is done.
Please no tears and no goodbyes,
Cuz like a phoenix, love will rise.
We will find that passion and love again,
Because like a circle love never ends.
We will both find love in another's embrace.
In eachother's memories we have our place.
The past should not be lost or cause for fear,
After all it's what brought us here.
I take your hand in mine again,
We continue our lives this time as friends.
I write this to you, wandering soul,
To give you direction on where to go.
The answer is simple and in plain view,
The answer you seek lies in you.
Continue forward and hold on tight,
To the loves you find in your life.
But when they fade or turn to gray,
Continue on and sieze the day!
Love is forever and will come around again,
Like a circle love never ends.

Here we are again
In this old familiar place again
It feels like a dream again
This is where we belong
This is where it
Why is it?
The more I seem to try to get
The less I end up with
The higher I aim
The lower I land
The happier I aspire to
When you kissed me
I'd felt as if all the frightened
Searching of my life, of my
Heart, had been for this, for
The feel
