The power in me ...
To know freedom
in its truest, most empowering sense,
a freedom which allows
complete relaxation of mind
while energizing and inspiring the spirit
to move the body boldly forward
in its own chosen direction,
to know such freedom
and be as one
with its distinct, exciting, changeable
yet perfectly harmonized rhythms,
to dance in its arms,
to feel its pulsating heartbeat
mingling with our own,
creating in each moment
another opportunity
to experience life's treasures
in new and beautiful ways,
to know and live with such freedom
we need only exercise
our deepest instinctive ability
to become ever more
self sufficient
