EMPTY SAVIORS
Empty Saviors
Surround you on all sides
To charm your Spirit
With beautiful lies
They make you believe
They hold the answers within
And you willingly fall
To temptation once again
They offer healing
To soothe your stiffened wounds
Then Blind you to the truth
They call to you
With promises of peaceful rest
And visions of carefree bliss
But the things they speak
Are only words of a liar
Born in a heart
Blackened by fire
They seem so charming
But they deceive
Woe to those
Who may believe
Empty saviors
Lead the flock astray
But justice comes
On judgment day
