Rainbow,
Gazing into the heaven
I see only your face
Longing for your touch
Held in an embrace
Colourful enchantments
Gentle soul you have
So unaware we are both
For unveiling love
I caught a rainbow today
And placed it in a jar
Only to release it one day
For the bridge afar
Across all oceans and seas
I whisper your name
Do you feel me as I you?
Are you and I same?
Under this rainbows gate
We connect in dreams
Unknown is but our fate
Only our spirit hears
Sound of hues’ harmony
Colours of my bliss
Sealed is our but journey
Our love with a kiss

Poetry: Rainbows
by Roy Blokker
Teardrops echo like rainbows
Through a canyon.
A thousand thousand tears
When storm clouds gather, and
the chilling rain pours down;
and even the tallest and the strongest trees
stand, battered.
When
by Linda Irish
Given Time
Ever notice looking through a tear,
Light reflects a rainbow?
At desperate times, wonder still exists,
The sign of
Rainbows and rivers
Never to meet
Clouds of frustration
Lovers so
sweet
Sunshine mirrored
Reflections erased
Winds caressing the
Rainbow,
Gazing into the heaven
I see only your face
Longing for your touch
Held in an embrace
Colourful enchantments
Gentle
