Where you live can influence who you are as a person

Can where you live influence who you are as a person?

This question can be only defined by the test of true will power.  On answering it  yes or no. For one to want to learn and to keep learning, arriving to a conclusion of a reality check. If there is a will that there is a way and there is always a way.

But the willpower is the real key here as to how you receive help from others. Its just a matter of choice of true strength. as it poses a real argument of ones own ambitions. Weather or not to forge ahead or back away from it all.

For example, just plain acceptance like on saying this to yourself - I am not rich and I will never become rich. Better yet, what ways to become rich so I don't have to live like this anymore. Either in a positive, receiving help to get there or too just plain steal it. This concept of thought is on delivering what is known survival and whether or not it holds wealth or whether it be in poverty, help is either loose running ramped lawlessness, cheap thrills, fast track or it is of high standards and of good quality this to can be considered a catch twenty two as you become influenced by who is doing the teaching, what most can be considered the final outcome in all areas of life.

The will to either not to go it alone and rise from your environment is done on a wide range of hard fact from the home and friends even from the school the church the government even. There seems to be no end in plain sight. As the will to become a follower to what ever comes first in ones mind allows the changes to take shape of another kind influenced by others.

Usually in the wrong way, as the will power is very weak from the start. Influences by others always seem to play a big part in where and what you become altering what should be from the very start. Individualism with wisdom, a free thinker with clarity not to judge. Helping yourself by helping others learn with pride and with respect to yourself and treat life like it was your last.

By supporting the right ideals of what one thinks giving way to helping and nurturing it with what is seen by others, yes. As I explore it more the answer to this becomes even more convincing to me.
