"Are these expert movie critics like Roger Ebert honestly watching the same movie(s) as weekly paid theater viewers?" Ask them if they paid the high price of admission as much as $10.00-14.00 in local theaters all across the USA.
And what about the cost of the outrageous price of popcorn and a large drink at the concession stand, which can cost as much as $12.00 for these two items or more?
"Naturally these so-called professional movie experts have the right to write and criticize any film they view in a theater, simply because they did NOT have to pay the high price of admission, and get anything they want at the concession stand "FREE OF CHARGE!"
The most important issue that they always seem to forget? Is the fact that they are paid to write an honest and sincere opinion about the film they have recently viewed. Apparently, the majority of these film critics have completely lost all touch with reality and the "simple enjoyment" that weekly paid movie-goers go to see regarding these newly released films every Friday in local theaters.
"Believe it or Not?" Weekly movie-goers actually read these critics comments and also the user reviews especially over Yahoo.com and other Internet movie review companies, just too determine which movie they should go see for relaxing pleasure and entertainment, during the next (2) two hours or more in their local theater.
Nowadays, "The problem is, which film critic do you honestly believe in their review?" It seems as though the majority of these experts have taken on the attitude that this film or any modern film is BAD to begin with before viewing in the theater. ("Were they paid to give a BAD review?"). No one seems to know?
This continuous modern day problem is "obvious" with weekly film goers! Internet user comments are gradually dis-missing the film critics version of the film, (especially yahoo.com), which they seem to like at the time of viewing in their local theater. In other words, users versus film critics choice of which film to view in the theater.
Example: A recent choice of highly acclaimed film critics, (which ironically averaged a B overall the Internet for film critics) was the 2009 film called "The men who stare at goats" starring George Clooney. Internet movie users gave this HORRIBLE film an average rating of C-. Yet, certain film and or movie critics seemed to give this boring film a high rating of B for "some strange reason?"
The 2010 children and family film classic called Alvin and the Chipmunks: "The Squeakquel" was rated by professional film critics as being a C-. Although, weekly paid theater film goers and Internet users rated this "comical and lovable" film as a B+ for anyone of all ages to love and and enjoy during viewing, especially in theaters.
The recently released 2010 film called "Extraordinary Measures" starring Harrison Ford, has been stated by famous film critic Roger Ebert as being "an ordinary film with ordinary characters in a story too big for it." Giving his rating of a C. and also professional nationwide critics giving this film an average rating of an unfortunate C- over the Internet.
Although, many weekly paid movie goers and Internet user commenters seem to disagree. They gave this sad and lovable, but heart-warming film a high rating of a B+. "So who or whom do you believe?" The film critics or the people that paid actual cash to see these films in the theater?"
