There are many online freelance writing website available on the Internet now as compared to the past when you could hardly find anything that can be trusted and legitimate. While there are so many online writing websites to choose from to make some decent income, writers need to know which are the websites that will help to optimize earnings.

Internet being a platform for netizens to share information, people naturally seeks knowledge. And that is why, 'How-to' articles tend to do very well in terms of traffic. eHow is a very good website to for online writers to share their know-how and at the same time earning some decent income. As usual, get-paid-to-write websites payment system is based on traffic or also known as advertisement revenue sharing. The more traffic you get the more money writers will be making. As gow-to articles tend to do well on the Internet, writers will benefit from these articles.

How to make money by writing for eHow?

Well, this is the golden question of how to make money with it. Personally, I will check for topic popularity before I start writing. This is because in order to 'put the ox in front of the cart'. we need to be pragmatic as traffic is the ultimate goal here. There are many ways writer can check for popularity. One way is to check on Google Trend, a web tool by Google helping netizens to check what are the most searched-about words on its search engine.

While I am not trying to tell you that you should be too practical when sharing your knowledge, I am just trying to advocate the importance of making good income while you share. Another way is to look around the eHow homepage to see what articles that are frequently listed. Articles or content that are listed on the homepage tend to do very well because instant traffic will be generated from visitors coming into eHow website.

If you asked me, I would be more inclined to write a step-by-step, point form How-to article as compared to a composition of words. First of all, it is clearer to your audience and it is more straight to the point. Writers tend to make less errors writing a point form article. It need not be an article filled with words, as long as it is clear enough to bring across the message, that will be fine. Quantity does not mean good income with eHow.

International writers who want to earn money writing for eHow have to wait before jumping in rashly because eHow only pays U.S. citizens and it does not make sense to start writing for eHow for money if you are an International member. Many people tend to miss this important point out and when they realize it is always too late already as effort has been put in to write those carefully crafted How-to articles.

Conclusion

If you asked me, eHow is for everyone because you can write about almost everything from cars, computer, cooking to even gardening if you have the know-hows. You can also submit video know-how content to make money. It is a very niche opportunity for writers to start writing for money. All writers need to have is a PayPal account to get paid.
