Annoying People, they are everywhere, your neighbours, your co-workers, it seems everywhere you go you will find at least one that just gets on your nerves. It seems that it is a fact of life that there will be some annoying people, so how can you improve your tolerance? This articles aim is to help you do just that, to improve your tolerance for annoying people.
Just as with anything it starts with you and the person in the mirror having that all important discussion of making a change, of making a choice to step away from the annoyance to make a choice to no longer let them bother you, once the decision is made there is the all important next step.
A plan of action on how to minimize the annoyance until you are better able to ignore it, or focus on other things that are more important then if this annoyance continues to bother you. A plan of action is a matter of planning and doing, as there is a reason why they annoy you so much, and for that you need to figure out a way to minimize the attack area and the receptors often triggered when annoyed.
This plan of action should consist of a clear statement, in the form of an objective, the challenges that may be faced, and finally the most important, is the Action Steps you plan to do to overcome those same challenges. Similar to the idea of setting goals in any other part of your life, where there should always be a clear plan, with statements of the good and the bad of it. The Pros and the Cons with Solutions to the challenge through the action steps that will be taken in the realization of the goal of being better able to deal with annoying people.
There will always be those who will annoy you, as we are each sentient beings with certain points that frustrate or annoy us often found through family or through the sphere of influence that we all have. It is part of our personality which is very characteristic to the person as we each have certain things that annoy us, and they are usually different from others around us. Each has specific issues with certain things and not others.
In closing, to overcome the annoyances of the Zeitgeist, requires that each person make a choice first to change, then write it out, while clearly specifying both the pros and cons and solutions to the challenges that are part of any change habit. Through that a clear reference, to what the challenges may be, what action steps will make a difference, and to follow through on the Action Steps that were written down.
