To converse with one's self is an important aspect of working out feelings that are deep within the soul. I have always made a habit of talking to myself. Of course I don't walk around talking incoherently, or, at least I don't think I do. No one has appraised me of this situation, and if I was talking aloud to no one in particular I am sure it would cause a stir. That being said, my conversations to myself are done inconspicuously.
My conversing to myself has always been without any one knowing. A reflection of the past, working out the issues of today, and discussion of the future. In this regard we can better understand our capabilities and our inner thoughts,

As I find myself in this situation I can again discuss with myself that the feeling of guilt will only damage the spirit and not do any good to me nor the people I am around. I need to get past that and focus on the helpful positive things that can be enlightening to me.
I learned at a young age that there is a great deal of time spent alone. I was an only child, and although I had many friends, and a great support system I did know that I was not able to escape myself, and I only had me to depend on

I definitely have conversations with myself. If the truth were to be known, I would bet that most people also talk to themselves.
