Leaky gut syndrome is a problem that often is diagnosed, it is not so well known although it is widespread in the population. If left untreated, it can cause health problems and other problems.
The basic issue is that the lining of organs like the colon and intestine is damaged, hence the term leaky gut. "Several factors can cause tissue destruction. It could be due to poor nutrition, infections, toxins, or even the use of antibiotics. The result may be episodes of severe abdominal pain, digestive problems, such as gas and bloating, skin problems, frequent infections of fungi and bacteria, a weak immune system, and also fatigue and body aches.
Today many people choose to undergo a natural treatment, along with what is recommended by your doctor. Typically, a physician will perform a simple test that can provide information on the status of intestinal mucosa. The degree of damage is important as it will help you decide what course of action is best.A healthy diet can make a difference in the extent of the disease. Most modern diets do not contain enough fiber to cleanse the colon and intestines on a daily basis. Try to choose whole wheat bread and white rice varieties. Also reducing sugars, salts and dairy products.
The real reason why so many problems it can cause your metabolism will not be able to absorb the right amount of minerals and nutrients. Also waste and toxins can leak through the gut. If bacteria reach other organs, then major problems can arise.
Typically, a combined approach is best. Any infection that is present in the digestive system of the rest of the body must be addressed initially. These problems are very common in people with leaky gut syndrome. You could add foods like turmeric or garlic to your meals that are known to have antiseptic and antibacterial properties.There was a large increase in the number of probiotic products available in recent years. If you have been taking antibiotics then healthy bacteria in the intestine may have been destroyed. Decide to take a probiotic yogurt every two days to restore the correct balance.
There are colon cleanse health and herbal supplements widely available now that will help improve the functioning of your digestive system. The sesame seed oil and cod liver oil is believed to greatly improve the performance of the gut.
