When in victory we too shall rise,
remembering nothing of our mortal veil,
Robe in glory, to seize the everlasting prize;
Flown on the wings of heavens bludgeon gale,
Far from land to deepest paradise.
Ours will be the victory over death,
O death where is your sting?
For a thousand years to spanned the dept,
and reign with power that lies within,
Not yet seen on earth, fanned by the redeemed.
The redemption of our liberated soul,
United to silence the stubborn majority,
when the trumpet sounds around the world,
in rapturous haste the saints go forth to eternity.
Over blue shadows triumphantly sweep,
a marching throng drift victorious over death,
Rise subtract from forgetful sleep,
to enter the dust of paradise wide and deep.
