Revelation
Sittin' at home
A Friday night with no plans
Such a rare thing
But now maybe it's time to reflect
On life, on love, on death, on hate
Oi, the list just goes on
But, as per my age, I'm pushed to write life for myself
To go out and make memories
As if to force memorable moments to happen
I don't really wish to continue that way
The memories; they will write themselves
So I will embrace love, life, hate, death
Anything life throws my way I will take
Go with the flow, the memories will come in time
Sweet tender teenage years
I should leave worrying about creating life to the adults
