Pros
- Simple to use once mastered
- Good basic functions
- Accessories widely available
- Large choice of handsets
- Robust build quality
- Reputable company with online support
Cons
- Lack individuality
- Basic visual appearance
- Good all-round phones with lots of features are hard to find
- Best technology reserved for more expensive handsets
- Bottom end handsets that operate like mobile phones of the past
