Hour after Hour? Day after Day?
Or if this is nothing but B.S.? Constantly text messaging your friends and family members about what happened the night before in your life? This modern day problem seems to go on forever for employers? In other words? How we can we possibly monitor these cell phone text messages everyday?
"One good advantage of client or customer text messaging is the fact that they always have this information on record!" If needed too. Any employer always has the right to examine these particular company paid for files of "so-called" cell phone text messaging, which will stand up in any court, especially if this employee is terminated for this particular reason.

Meaning that they are constantly texting their friends and family members because they only get paid $2.13 per hour regarding any restaurant here here the USA. They have ironically been reported texting in front of customers.
