My hearts racing,
My hands begin to shake.
I feel like I’m on the edge.
I cannot think.
Ring, ring, ring, my ears are ringing,
I feel myself breaking a sweat.
I realize my visions going bad
My thoughts are racing.
Addicted, no I’m not addicted.
I just need more and then I’ll be fine.

Turned out so simple to become addicted;
Sensations take over, leading

when pills and sedation and night breeze
aren't enough
and changes in skin's landscape eludes
