As dead as I may seem,
I am surely alive.
And although this may not be my scene,
I’ve only come to say goodbye.
I’ve been cast out but I am not sad,
I know I do not belong.
I know most would think “too bad,”
But I’m just thinking “so long!”
I don’t mind going you see,
For it is my time.
Otherwise, I may be stuck here for eternity
But now I may say goodbye!

Poetry: Good-bye
by Jon Coe
Bring me my slippers and bring me my pipe
I'm off to retirement, had enough of the hype
Turn on the television and pour
by Sierra White
I cannot say,
It won't come out,
I wish it were far away,
But the time has come,
For us to part,
And I'll just sob and
The time is here to leave this place, never to return.
Everyone, they make mistakes, and this is how they learn.
The struggles
Petals wade through air
Something more permanent remains:
Leaves
But everlasting are the roots
That we grew here
Together.
Don’t
It wasn't working for you but I was content
It wasn't good enough, so away I went
You lied about us and the way I made you
