Workaholism: When it's time to go home

"Mommy it's time to come home."
I take Jay Jay to the furniture store and let him tell Mommy it's time to come home.
Works every time.

His mommy is the manager and she just wants to oversee everything
all the time.Commendable ,but not when you have a three year old son waiting
for you in tears.

Delegating responsibility is hard for her to do but it is the only way for her to
get out of there. My daughter is the youngest manager in her district so she is
anxious to do well.My little grandson misses her terribly so once in a while out of sheer desperation I take him there to see her.

It reminds her how important it is to have a little time with him before he goes to bed.She leaves before he arises and gets home after he goes to bed most of the time.

It's time to go home when you realize you are totally missing out on your childs' life.
