Workaholism: When it's time to go home

I know several people that are "workaholics." I feel sad that this is what there life has come too. If only they realised how this obsession is hurting them.

Each time I talk to these people, I ask how there day was. I'm used to getting the reply of "being stressed" or "very busy." I can already see the effects of this stress and this constant busyness. I notice that these people are feeling down and that they seem to have nothing else to do in life. Constant boredom hits them whenever they actually do get the time to relax. These people I mention were very happy people before all this. I can only hope that they take the time to see how horrible this over-working has caused them.

I guess if all else fails. You need to force your friends to see that they need to relax or its going to kill them.
