Perfect love comes quietly,
without banners or flashing lights.
In the vast uncertainly
In the space we call life
I know one beautiful day you will come into my life
And fill the emptiness of my soul.
True love to delight the heart
And fill my life with joy
The hollow ring of the wind will hold music.
The black velvet sky will drip with silver stars.
You will put your hand in mine
And I will find true meaning,
Something to lift and sustain me
Against indifference and pain.
Will be something that is warm and true and sure,
A glowing truth which will be our very own
.And it is just what I need

Poetry: Perfect love

It’s been called a river and conquers all
It makes poor men rich and short men tall
A force so strong it makes the world
Through the lives that we have lead,
Down the paths that we have tread.

When

how could I not love you
when my eyes touched your eyes
my hand touched your hand
skin upon skin
light upon light

The ground is shaking- I’ll be your land
You falter- I will give you my hand
When you shudder- I will bring peace
