Microsoft Word is a wonderful program that can enhance your experience for many applications. This software offers you top of the line tools to create and edit word documents to your specifications. This program can also allow you to make eye catching flyers for professional or personal use. There are a lot of tools and uses that Microsoft Word offers it's users.

For those of you that are new to the program, let's start with the Office Key. Clicking your mouse on this key gives you the power to save your document with the name of your choice and save it where you want to on your pc or flashdrive. There is also a Prepare option within this key that allows you to give your document the properties you want it to have. These properties include a title, an author, and any key word that you want to assign it. You can encrypt your data for security and even add a digital signature. The Office Key also gives you the option to send your document via Outlook if you choose to do so. There are printing options in this key as well.

After saving and preparing your document, you will notice tabs at the top of the page. Home, insert, page layout, and View are the tabs that help you control the content of your document. These tabs each have various tools within them to help you perfect your project. My suggestion would be to browse through them and see what they have to offer you. You will learn a lot about Microsoft Word by just playing with it's options. You will find that you can control font size and color. You can insert graphics and pictures. You can resize pictures and even give them a hue or change their shape. Microsoft Word can be a lot of fun.

Microsoft also has an office website to help you with learning their programs. There are tutorials and articles that you can research . There are these neat things called Templates that actually give you a version of different documents that you can change to your own specifications or just use and add your own information. An example of these are resumes and invitations. You can download your chosen template and work with it as you wish. There is no charge for these templates and they are a great resource. Microsoft Office Online has everything the new user needs to use and learn their programs.

Microsoft Word is a great program with a lot of options. Once you get in there and start using it, you will wonder what you ever done without it.
