I understand workaholism, as I happen to be a workaholic. As long as you manage your time well, and be sure to take a vacation here and there, you will likely not suffer from burn-out. I take vitamins/minerals, and am sure to eat right, and exercise on a regular basis. If I know there is still work to do, it can be difficult for me to relax, so often I will get the work out of the way, just so that it's not on my mind. I used to drink too much coffee, but have replaced that with green tea, and also a 'coffee-like' beverage called 'Pero', and another called 'Roma'. I was drinking another coffee alternative called 'Gano coffee' but I tend to drink mostly 'Pero'. I gave up smoking, which can interfere with your effectiveness when it comes to getting a high-level of work completed. Focusing on keeping your body healthy is key when it comes to maximizing your work output potential.
