His wink
In the blink
Of an eye
His wink says: I see you.
With checks pink
I think:
I see you too.
On the brink
Of flirtation
The room shrinks
My knees sink
the warmth spreads
Like spilled ink.
I hold my drink
To his we clink.
We walk away
With arms linked.
His wink.
