Is it possible that Adolph Hitler could be in heaven? The answer to this question hinges on what you believe is required for one to go to heaven. If you believe that people go to heaven by being good, the answer would be an unequivocal no. If you believe that people get to heaven by the grace of God, then it is possible for anyone to make it to heaven. I will give some reasons why I believe that it is possible, (very remotely) that he could have made it to heaven.
First of all, the only requirements that the Bible gives for a person to make it to heaven is that they trust in the redeeming blood of our Savior Jesus Christ and repent of their sins. John chapter one verse twelve tells us that “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. In the book of Ephesians chapter two verses eight and nine tell us that we are saved by grace that is a gift of God and it is not of works so that no one can boast. We find another verse that tells us that God is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance (II Peter 3:9). It is not part of God's intended plan for anybody to God to hell. The Bible tells us that hell (everlasting fire) was created for the devil and his angels (Matthew 25:41).
The Apostle Paul is an example of the fact that anybody can be saved. Paul admitted to persecuting the church of God and even causing some Christians to be put to death. He was the one who held the cloaks of the others when Stephen was stoned (see Acts chapter 8). And yet God saw fit to save Paul in a very unusual way. Paul was blinded by a great light while he was on the road to Damascus to persecute more Christians and have them brought to Jerusalem to be tried before a religious court (see Acts chapter 9). God told Paul what he was doing wrong and Paul repented and started to preach the gospel of the people he had been persecuting (Galatians 1:23&24). Paul called himself the least of the apostles who was not even worthy to be called an apostle because he had persecuted the church of God (I Corinthians 15:9).
An example that someone can be saved at the end of their life can be found in the thief on the cross. The thief knew that he was about to die and he acknowledged that Jesus was God when he asked Him, “Remember me when you are come into your kingdom”. Jesus told him, “Today you will be with me in paradise”.
