Distraction in division
The Potters broken clay
Pieces of Gods image
In a shattered world of grey
A church that has been hidden
Lost along the way
Covered with religion
Not doers of what we say
Deceived in disillusion
Praising behind church walls
Rarely praising in the streets
Lifeless little dolls
Denominations and doctrines
Rules and burning hell
Condemnation and judgment
We scare them really well
What happened to His body?
The living church of One
Where we're crucified with Christ
And our life is through God's Son
The wages of sin is death
The gift of God is eternal life
Our penalties been paid
The bridegroom seeks his wife
Yes obedience is better than sacrifice
To be doers of the Word
Imagine a church with no walls
Where God's love can be heard
Built on the holy mountain
With faith in the Son of God
Living stones of His dwelling
The flock guided by His Rod
A humble church that will repent
And admit when we are wrong
The truth shall set us free
When the Word becomes our song
Worship is a lifestyle
It's more than song and dance
It's caring for orphans and widows
It's sharing their heart in a glance
To all who overcome
They’ll be pillars of God's name
A chosen people belonging to God
They’ll never be put to shame
