Interested in impressing your friends with your sweet magic skills? Well below is a trick that I have perfected over the years. It is relatively easy, so hopefully you should be able to pick up on it with no problem.

Trick 1:
Take your deck of cards and shuffle it. While you are doing this make sure you figure out where at least one of the cards in your deck is. Now remember that card and lay the deck in front of your victim. Spread the cards out and tell him to find the card that you previously memorized. Now, giving that he doesn't pick that card, he will pick another card out of the deck. Now don't let him see the card! Take it from him and look at it. Now tell him to find the card he just gave you. He should pick out one more card and give it to you. Now say that you are going to find the card that he just gave you and go back to where you memorized your card was in the deck and pick out that card. You should have thoroughly confused your victim.

Example: You figured out that the jack of spades is three cards from the top. Now tell your victim to find the jack of spade. Say he picks the four of hearts. Now tell him to find the four of hearts. Say he picks the ace of clubs. Now tell him you are going to find the ace of clubs and pick the jack of spades that was three cards from the top of the deck.

The trick can be a little confusing at first. Just remember to never let the person picking the cards actually see what cards he is picking. Good luck!
