Women (and men) have many assets which make them attractive to others and it is important to make the most of what you have but there are some deadly sins in the art of beauty and here they are:

1) Don't over do the make up. Women who look like dolls are not attractive to men - they can actually put them off because they have an air about them of being carefully manufactured and what you are seeing is unlkley to be a true image. Discreet make up to enhance natural beauty is one thing but a plastered doll-like face is really unattractive and evokes images of drag queens.

 2) Bad breath - there is nothing more off putting than going to speak to a good looking woman and she opens her mouth and you have to take a step of two back because her breath stinks. Bad breath is really offensive and there is a lot you can do to keep your mouth fresh. The mouth and lips are one of the most alluring features so make them attractive and not smelly.

3) Body odour. This is almost as bad as bad breath because it prevents you from getting close. The smell of stale sweat, garlic or stale smoke is really off putting and turns what might seem a chat up possibility into one of finding the nearest escape route. It also indicates a lack of self respect and respect for the comfort of others so keep clean.

4) Bad hair - we all have bad hair days and sometiems a little unkemptness in a woman is attractive but hair which is dirty, full of bits and dandruff is incredibly off putting so wash your har and keep it shiny and clean.

5) Picking at spots - if you are talking to a woman and she is picking away at a scab on her face, arms, neck or anywhere, it is really disgusting and makes you feel ill.

6) Wearing clothing which is not right - this can be wearing something too showy, provocative or not right for your age. What you wear says something about you and wearing clothes which suit you and show off your assets - be they big or small, is very attractive. It shows you understand yourself and respect your image. Provocative clothes seem cheap and tacky and give the wrong message. It is unlikely someone in a provocative outift will attract men who want a long term relationship as everything on offer is on show. Keep something back to add to the allure.

7) Language - almost nothing is as off putting as a woman who swears all the time. It shows ignorance, they are trying to impress (and have chosen the wrong guy) and is uncultured and rude.
