Listen to your heart
Much more, than its simple pounding,
Has my heart to say.
It speaks oft of long lost loves
And children home at play.
Dare I listen to its ragged prose?
Has it more to tell?
Perhaps it speaks of thing to come
Among other hearts as well.
Listen well as your heart recites.
For it taps of things unknown.
It often speaks from in the soul,
Where the seeds of love are sown.
